TokyoGraphs （東京写真記録） is an independent visual journalism archive. We publish original photography and film made in Tokyo and across Japan, and we keep every frame under our own name.
What we publish 掲載内容
Street work, portraiture, landscape and long-form documentary — photographed on location and published with its own reference number, publication record and copyright notice. Nothing on this site is licensed stock, and nothing is republished from another archive.
How the archive works アーカイブについて
Every work carries a reference in the form TG-YYYYMMDD-ID. That reference identifies the work in our records and is the fastest way to raise a licensing enquiry or an infringement report — quote it in the subject line and we can locate the original file immediately.
Rights 権利について
All content is the exclusive property of TokyoGraphs Media Group, Inc, protected under the Copyright Act of Japan and international treaty. Individual images may be shared on social platforms with full credit and a link back to the original page. Any other use — commercial or non-commercial — requires written permission.
